Little Angels visit to New York City, July 23rd,  2010

The Little Angels, a youth orchestra from China,  performed a light classical concert featuring music from China, Europe and America.   As a cross cultural tie, the concert  included  Chinese opera singer, soprano Baogue Wang, and  baritone Richard Malone performing a Mozart duet.  Conductor, John Yaffé led the orchestra for the duet and the American National anthem.  It was performed at the St. Paul the Apostle church near Lincoln Center.

Richard Malone was adviser to Emiko Iinuma CEO of The Harmonia Opera Company
with James Demster as their conductor for over 2 years. Malone's company CIOS, which has been in charge of print journalism, has also aired half  hour shows over 15 times around the world about the life of Iinuma and her Japanese-American company.  Malone accepted the very first union contract as singer/actor to learn the role of "Jissa" in Japanese for an opera production at the Washington DC, Cherry Blossom festival.
